THE ROOMS
The history of the Le Salette farm dates back to 1860, when the sanctuary of the same name was created, the name of which was chosen to represent the wine business of the Scamperle family. A slow and careful growth, in line with a peasant culture that does not force the hand of nature but follows its rhythms to enhance its characteristics and originality, is the basis of the company philosophy. Today there are 20 hectares of property, scattered in the most suitable corners of the Valpolicella Classica such as Fumane Cà Carnocchio, I Progni and Cà Melchiori, Sant'Ambrogio Conca D'Oro and San Floriano Monte Masua. The grapes grown are those typical of the area, namely corvina, corvinone, rondinella, oseleta, as well as some rows of croatina and molinara. Le Salette produces the reds that have made this portion of Veneto famous in the world, starting with the Valpolicella Classico DOC, passing through the sumptuous Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG, up to conclude in sweetness with the persuasive Recioto. That of Le Salette is a family-run business animated by a passion for work out of the ordinary, which every year gives us wines representative of one of the most suitable areas of Italy.
