Right of withdrawal
Below are the texts of the Type Instructions on the Withdrawal in the new Consumer Code that incorporates the Legislative Decree No. 21 of 21 February 2014 on the subject of greater consumer protection, which regulates in detail your right of withdrawal and to WINEAFTERWINE di Vergamini Simone ("Uvaggio") fully complies. You can notify us of the withdrawal by any means - online, mail, telephone, fax, letter - using the standard form prescribed by law.
Instructions on withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days:
a) in the case of a contract of sale relating to a single good, from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and you designated, acquires physical possession of the assets; or
b) in the case of a contract of sale relating to multiple goods, ordered in a single order and delivered separately, from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last good; or
c) in the case of a contract of sale relating to the delivery of a good consisting of lots or multiple pieces, from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last lot or piece.
In the event that you have purchased through our website a service provided by a third party (by way of example, the subscription to the reading of a periodical in digital format), you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons , within 14 days from the day on which you receive the e-mail with which we communicate the code for the activation of the service of the third party and / or the other possible methods for obtaining the service from the third party.
To exercise the right of withdrawal you are required to inform us (to the following address: WINEAFTERWINE di Vergamini Simone - Via dei Francesconi, 19 / c - 55012 Capannori (LU), e-mail: info@uvaggio.it) of your decision to withdraw from this contract through an explicit declaration (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). To this end, you can use the withdrawal form at the bottom of the page, but it is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all the payments you made in our favor, including delivery costs, including additional costs, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a consequence of such reimbursement. The reimbursement may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the consumer demonstrates that he has sent the goods back, if earlier.
Please send the goods back to the following address WINEAFTERWINE di Vergamini Simone - Via dei Francesconi, 19 / c - 55012 Capannori (LU), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day in which you have communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
The direct costs of returning the goods will be your responsibility.
In the event that the goods by their nature can not normally be returned by post, we indicate in the table below, by type of product, the maximum estimated cost of return.

You are only responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
In the event that you have purchased through our website a service provided by a third party (by way of example, the subscription to the reading of a periodical in digital format), if you have asked to start the service during the period of withdrawal, you are required to pay us an amount proportional to what was provided until the time you notified us your withdrawal from the contract to purchase the service of the third party, compared to all the services provided by the contract.
